Training and Placement Process Works!

On job training Program is a unique training program which provides practical Training for all the position from Office boy to higher level management.

This Program is designed for all those people who do not want to go through huge studies lengthy books yet they have Dreams of doing white color jobs.

Eligibility for this program is just to have zeel to learn work and do white color jobs.

In this training in the 1st Phase we counsel the candidate and check their interest and capabilities as per market or industries need. And then we decide a particular position where candidate fits.

Once the position is decided we provide practical training for the same position from 9 to 6 as an employee works in a organization for six months. After completion of training program we provide them job in our organization.

While giving placement we sign an agreement with the employee saying 25% o f their salary will be directly deposited in their parents account for a social security for the parents we work for their kids.
